PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS Promoter:

Corbwood & Associates Pty Ltd 1. Acceptance of Terms By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Promoter’s standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the Corbwood & Associates website.

2. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Corbwood & Associates Pty Ltd and its related entities are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter To enter, entrants must complete the official entry form and provide the following mandatory information:

a) New Clients New clients must provide:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number

A team member from Corbwood & Associates will contact the entrant to schedule an introductory call.
The entrant must attend this call to validate their entry in the draw.
Failure to attend or participate in the call will result in forfeiture of the entry.

b) Existing Clients Providing a Referral Existing clients providing a referral must provide:

Last Name
Email Address

Referral details:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number

A team member from Corbwood & Associates will contact the referral to schedule an introductory call.
The referral must attend this call to validate the entry.
Failure of the referral to participate in the call will result in forfeiture of the entry.
Only entries meeting all mandatory requirements and completing the required introductory call will be accepted.

4. Privacy & Marketing Consent
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to Corbwood & Associates Pty Ltd collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of:
administering this promotion; and
sending marketing and promotional communications.

Entrants also consent to their personal information being shared with related entities and associates within the Corbwood Group of Companies for marketing and promotional purposes.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in electronic communications.

5. Winner Notification & Call Recording
By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be contacted by phone for winner notification. If selected as the winner, the entrant consents to the recording and publication of that call for marketing and promotional purposes.

Participation in the recorded winner notification call is a condition of accepting the prize.

6. Promoter Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to:
verify the validity of entries and entrants;
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions; and
amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion if circumstances arise beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Details
The prize consists of a $10,000 credit, which may be used for either:
camping and outdoor equipment; or
upgrading the winner’s outdoor living space.

The prize:
is not transferable for cash or any other form of credit;
cannot be exchanged or refunded; and
must be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs, expenses, or liabilities not expressly included in the prize.

8. Prize Nomination, Forfeiture & Redraw
If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept or use the prize, they may nominate another eligible person, subject to approval by the Promoter.

If the prize is forfeited, not redeemed, or cannot be fulfilled, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at its discretion.

9. Media & Promotional Participation (Condition of Acceptance)
Acceptance of the prize is conditional upon the winner agreeing to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including but not limited to:
recorded winner notification;
testimonials (if an existing client); and
photo and video content as outlined below.

Camping / Outdoor Equipment Option
If the prize credit is used for camping or outdoor equipment, the winner agrees to:
provide photo and video content of the camping or outdoor setup purchased using the credit; and
participate in a video explaining and showcasing how the prize credit was used.

Outdoor Space Upgrade Option
If the prize credit is used to upgrade the winner’s outdoor space, the winner agrees to:
allow representatives of the Promoter to attend their property for filming purposes; and
participate in a video showcasing the improvements made using the prize credit.

10. Content Rights
The winner:
• will not receive any additional compensation for participating in promotional content; and
• grants Corbwood & Associates Pty Ltd a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute all resulting content (including name, image, voice, and likeness) across its media channels at any time, and for paid advertising, for a period of up to eighteen (18) months from the date of the winner announcement.
• The Promoter may edit content provided it is not misleading, deceptive, or defamatory.

11. Written Agreement Requirement
Participation in promotional media is a mandatory condition of accepting the prize. The winner will be required to sign a written agreement confirming these obligations prior to the release of the $10,000 credit. Failure or refusal to sign the agreement will result in the prize being forfeited and a redraw may occur at the Promoter’s discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Corbwood & Associates Pty Ltd excludes all liability for loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with the promotion or prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
